Our Story

It's really no secret. Teaberry is growing and expanding throughout the front range of Colorado. Teaberry has been in business for years, yet an endeavor started five years ago with a challenge to develop our own business operating platform. Now complete, the new software system was fully-implemented in 2018. The investment to produce this system was substantial. The results are even better than anticipated.

Internally, we now possess a proprietary system for estimation, proposals, work orders, paint orders, costing, post-costing, document capture, crew assignment and scheduling. All in an internet-agile environment. No other system like it exists.

Externally, we have expanded into two additional territories, bringing the present total to three. Near-term, two more territorial expansions are underway. Long-term, we foresee no barriers to continued territorial expansion, indefinitely.

Teaberry is truly unique in the industry.

Painting is not complicated but delivery is not easy. It requires a rigorous devotion to the detailed management of operations. This ensures each customer's expectations are met smoothly and efficiently. We are very good at it!

Glen Morrison

President

Glen manages the southwest Denver metro area. A person of truly eclectic talents, he is an ex-Marine with a Master's in Business and a Fortune 50 background. Experience with securities, accounting, marketing, software applications and management combine with 25 years in the painting industry. Spare time is spent completing a PhD in theology with the University of Birmingham, England, and travel overseas to assist missionaries.

Stephen Holder

Area Manager

Stephen handles the north front range area between Denver and Ft Collins. An accomplished person with a variety of talents, he is notably an experienced programmer with large multi-national database systems. Internally, he is instrumental in providing creative software solutions to business operational needs. Customers will note his instinctive approach characterized by ethics and compassion. Hobbies include a little back-to-basics gardening and horses.

Kelly Clackler

Area Manager

Kelly handles the north side of the Denver metro area from Golden to Brighton. He has over 20 years of industry-related experience, ranging from drywall, drywall textures, carpentry, flooring and home renovations. Born and raised near Bailey, he and his wife of 26 years now reside in Frederick. He truly enjoys living, working and serving in beautiful Colorado. His past time centers around family, children, grand-children, church, community outreach and a steady diet of Colorado Avalanche and Rapids games.

Boyd Thompson

Area Manager

Boyd handles the south metro area including Castle Rock. He brings to Teaberry 20+ years of experience managing both high-end custom residential and commercial painting projects. Boyd has enjoyed great success as an estimator and project manager. His experience, sense of empathy and intense focus on customer needs result in a high level of service and satisfaction. A Colorado native, his passions are camping, hiking and traveling around the state. Focal points in his life are his wife, daughter, family and friends.
